2025-2026 Annual Campaign

Jewish Community Alliance

In a world that often urges us to choose sides, we choose each other.

We choose community. We choose to stay at the table—to hold space for hard conversations, celebrate moments of joy, and support one another through uncertainty. That is what it means to stand As One. Not in agreement on every issue, but in shared purpose. In compassion. In commitment. In covenant.

The Jewish Community Alliance of Southern Maine is your home for this kind of connection—and your gift to our 2025-26 Annual Campaign ensures that this home remains strong.

Your gift to the JCA pays dividends worldwide. And still, the need grows. Antisemitism surges. Polarization deepens. In this moment, we don’t need to speak louder—we need to hold stronger.

Please give what you can. Every contribution matters. Every act of generosity builds this sacred foundation. This year, we are guided by a deeply resonant teaching from Pirkei Avot: “In a place where there are no people, strive to be a person.” (Pirkei Avot 2:5)

Be the one who shows up. Be the one who holds the line. Be the one who gives. That’s what you did last year. That’s what we’re asking you to do again—As One. With resolve, hope, and prayers for peace and return.

We Respond. We Empower. We Engage.

The Talmud teaches:

“All who are united are as if they are one body.”

Just as a puzzle is incomplete without every piece, our community is only whole when each of us takes our place.
