Get boots on the feet of kids who need them before the snow flies!

Joe Bornstein helped to transform the social services and nonprofit landscape across Southern Maine. The Law Offices of Joe Bornstein provides funds and raises awareness of countless causes and initiatives over the years. The JCA’s Joe Bornstein Winter Warmth Drive aims to honor his legacy while maintaining the commitment he made to serve the community.

Warm winter boots have been identified as a major need among children in Maine. Michael Klahr Jewish Family Services (KJFS) at the Jewish Community Alliance (JCA) of southern Maine, is pleased to once again bring to our community the Joe Bornstein Winter Warmth Drive.

We are calling on our community to participate by making a monetary donation which will allow us to then purchase boots. All boots will be compiled at the JCA and distributed by volunteers to local schools on a weekly Basis.

Last year, the JCA and KJFS met our goal of providing over 500 pairs of winter boots to a total of 9 schools! Help us meet our goal and support our community again this year.
