10 Class Passes:

The JCA offers class passes that can be used to attend any Yoga or Fitness program at the JCA. Present your pass when you attend 10 classes, and your 1st class is free!

Bend, balance, stretch and breathe with a mixture of vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga styles. Enjoy an hour of mindful movement as we flow through yoga postures and breathing exercises.  You should expect to leave this class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Beginners welcome!

Find your center, strengthen your core, and lengthen your back and limbs in this invigorating class. This all-levels class will include both classical Pilates mat exercises to build strength and coordination and contemporary exercises designed to release tension and calm the nervous system.

Abs & Stretching with Rob Elowitch

The abs are central to almost everything in exercise and in overall healthy living. This class will help you achieve fat loss and muscular improvement regardless of your experience level. Class will begin with 10 minutes of warm-ups, followed by basic stretching from top to bottom to relax and prepare the body for exercise. The remainder of the class will focus on core strength.
