The Jewish Community Alliance facility is currently closed to the public, but the J is operating remotely, and will continue to offer programs, activities and information to meet your needs and keep you engaged and connected. JCA Outdoor Oula Fitness classes with Karli Efron

Wednesdays, July 8, 15, 22 ; August 5, 12, 19, 26 | 7:00PM 

JCA Parking Lot – 1342 Congress St., Portland behind the building

$5/person per session

Join Karli Efron for a 45 minutes Oula fitness class – a high-energy, easy to learn, crazy-fun dance workout to top 40 hits!

 Advanced registration is required by Tuesday at 12 noon before the Wednesday evening class. See Calendar for all dates.

– All participants must complete this health screening on the same day of class by 12 noon

In accordance with state and JCA health and safety directives:

Class size will be limited to 10 participants. Class will be cancelled in the event of rain or temperatures over 82 degrees, or if minimum enrollment is not met. Registered students will be notified if class is cancelled.

**Participants will maintain 6' social distancing, must wear a face mask and bring a water bottle. There will be no access to the JCA facility or restrooms.**
