Fitness Classes:
$10 JCA members
$12 General public
Register online at or drop in and pay at the JCA front desk.
Classes will be held in the Moser Family Library or Sam L. Cohen Community Hall at the JCA. Please check in with the front desk to verify room.

10 Class Passes:
The JCA offers class passes that can be used to attend any Yoga or Fitness program at the JCA. Present your pass when you attend 10 classes, and your 11th class is free!


JCA closures will be announced via WCSH, WGME, WMTW, and on and the JCA’s voicemail at (207) 772-1959. Holiday closures are availble here.

Mindful Flow Yoga

• Wednesdays, 5:45 – 6:45 PM
• Thursdays, 10:15 – 11:15 AM
Dates: Weekly through the fall, starting Tuesday, September 5th
Bend, balance and breathe with a mixture of vinyasa, hatha, and yin. Enjoy an hour of mindful movement as we flow through yoga postures and breathing exercises. You should expect to leave this class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
