Classes will be held in the Moser Family Library or Sam L. Cohen Community Hall at the JCA. Please check in with the front desk to verify room.

10 Class Passes:
The JCA offers class passes that can be used to attend any Yoga or Fitness program at the JCA. Present your pass when you attend 10 classes, and your 11th class is free!

Mindful Flow Yoga

Bend, balance and breathe with a mixture of vinyasa, hatha, and yin. Enjoy an hour of mindful movement as we flow through yoga postures and breathing exercises. You should expect to leave this class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Oula: Dancemania for the Soul

Oula is a high energy, calorie burning, crazy-fun dance workout to Top 40 hits. Classes are one epic hour of sweat, joy, and total inspiration.

STRONG by Zumba® - High Intensity Interval Workout
With Andrea Meadows

Wednesdays and Fridays 8:45 – 9:30 AM
NOT A DANCE CLASS. All fitness levels welcome! Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In a 45-minute class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. Instructor Andrea Meadows will work with you at your starting point and bring you to your max level for best results.

Israeli Folk Dancing
