JCA COVID-19 POLICY UPDATE

The JCA prioritizes the health and safety of our community members, visitors and staff.

Because we run a preschool and programs that serve young children who cannot yet be vaccinated, strict adherence to our COVID-19 safety protocols is essential, whether or not there are children in the building. Our policies are subject to change as we continue to monitor evolving federal and state guidelines.

Indoor Masking Policy:

All visitors, program attendees and staff must wear masks in the indoor public spaces* of the JCA, regardless of vaccination status, including children age 2 and older.

All visitors must sign in at the Front Desk

Masks are available at the Front Desk and will be provided if needed

Masks should fully cover noses and mouths

*Public spaces include our front lobby, library, Board room, the Sam L. Cohen Community Hall, community kitchen, and KJFS Diaper Bank/Pantry.

Outdoor Masking Policy:

Outdoor Adult Programs:

For those that are fully vaccinated, masks are optional in the JCA’s outdoor public spaces

Family and children’s programs:

Everyone age 2+ must wear a mask in the JCA’s outdoor public spaces regardless of vaccination status
