Children’s Book Launch, Read-Aloud, and Family Tu B’Shevat Activity

Come paint a pot and plant seeds of hope in honor of the upcoming Tu B’Shevat holiday in this family-friendly event featuring local author Elisa Boxer reading and signing her newest children’s book, Tree of Life: How a Holocaust Sapling Inspired the World.

Kirkus Reviews calls the book “a gentle, accessible take on resilience.” It tells the true story of children in a World War II prison camp, who secretly planted a sapling that thrives to this day.
