Outdoor Oula Fitness Class with Karli Efron

Join Karli Efron for a 45 minutes Oula fitness class – a high-energy, easy to learn, crazy-fun dance workout to top 40 hits!

– Advanced registration is required by Tuesday at 12 noon before the Wednesday evening class

– All participants must complete this health screening on the same day of class by 12 noon

In accordance with state and JCA health and safety directives:

Class size will be limited to 10 participants. Class will be cancelled in the event of rain or temperatures over 82 degrees, or if minimum enrollment is not met. Registered students will be notified if class is cancelled.

**Participants will maintain 6′ social distancing, must wear a face mask and bring a water bottle. There will be no access to the JCA facility or restrooms.**
