Let’s Talk About Hospice – presented by Kim Crabill, Community Liaison

Hospice care has been part of the healthcare landscape in the United States for nearly fifty years.  More and more people are choosing this care at end of life.  It is important to know that anyone can refer themselves or a loved one to hospice, a referral does not have to come from a health care professional.  Join us to learn about hospice care and how the hospice team cares for people when they are facing a life-limiting illness.
