Looking for a fun way to energize your winter exercise routine? This lively, accessible, walking series lets you get your steps in while jamming to fun music – each week’s walk will be set to hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, or 2000s! Melissa Yaverbaum – Jewish culture maker and community choreographer – leads the group through warmups and cool downs, as well as easy walking loops and patterns to keep all motivated. These sessions let you walk at your own pace, and will also offer optional movement add-ons for those that want to punch-up the energy with extra grooves! We provide the space, music, and stretch mats – all you need to bring is your gym shoes, water bottle, and preferred workout clothes.
Walk jams take place on Mondays from 8:30 – 9:30 AM; Drop in or depart as needed during the session. Series runs Feb 5th – 26th. There will be NO session on February 19th.
