“All Streams flow into the sea, yet the sea is never full; To the place from which they flow, the streams flow back again.” (Ecclesiastes 1:7)
We are all ushpizin (guests) in this Zoom-based interactive evening workshop exploring text from Koheleth (Ecclesiastes) and the work of Dr. Joanna Macy to help us build our fortitude and resiliency for the months ahead. Koheleth is traditionally read during Sukkot and we will lean into this powerful wisdom literature to glean and harvest from this incredulous year’s offerings. Please be prepared with pen, paper and an open heart.
Led by Temple Beth El’s Rabbinic Intern Lorin Troderman. If you are interested in attending, email office@tbemaine.org and we will send you the Zoom link.
