Melton Scholars: Beyond Borders The History of the Arab Israel Conflict

This course is a text-based historical overview of the Arab-Israel conflict from the late 19th century through today. Issues of religion, culture, history, politics, economics, identity and survival are reflected through primary sources including newspaper articles, poetry, songs, government documents, speeches, photographs and memoirs. Open to Melton graduates and Melton Core II students, this course will be taught by Jonathan Reitman. Tuition $375
